How our previous Retail Exchange page and our new page relate to each other

You can easily find features you used previously within our new look Retail Exchange. Each highlighted section on left hand side from previous iteration can be found in corresponding section in new as shown below.

Logging in using Internet Explorer

As operating system versions upgrade, the Internet Explorer browser will not be available to be used since it is being replaced by the Microsoft Edge browser.

So if a site requires Internet Explorer for compatibility, then you can choose to reload it in IE mode when browsing in Microsoft Edge.

Please carry out the following steps in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the Options button in the top-right corner of the Edge browser and select Settings.
  2. Click on Default browser on the left.
  3. Click the dropdown menu for ‘Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode.
  4. If you are prompted to restart the browser, then click Restart.
